Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with additive.tools. This policy covers subscriptions to the Pro tier. The base Member tier is free and involves no charge, so no refund applies.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

To request a refund within this window, email hello@additive.tools with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time — your Pro access will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges will be made.

Renewals

If you did not intend to renew and were charged for a new billing period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund for that renewal. Beyond 7 days, renewal charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

Exceptional circumstances

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our side, we will issue a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period. Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle; refunds will be issued on request.
